Ironwood Capital has exited its investment in Harrisburg, Illinois-based Lewis Clark Recycling Disposal LLC, a solid waste management company. No financial terms were disclosed. The exit comes as a result of Waste Connections’ acquisition of Lewis Clark.

AVON, CONNECTICUT, May 10, 2019 – Ironwood Capital is pleased to announce an exit from its investment in Lewis Clark Recycling Disposal, LLC (Lewis Clark), which was sold to Waste Connections. Lewis Clark is a solid waste management company headquartered in Harrisburg, Illinois.
