NewSpring has made an undisclosed investment in Pillar Technology Group. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Pillar Technology is a tech consulting firm.

Radnor, PA – January 16, 2018 – NewSpring (the “Firm”), a family of private equity funds, announced today that NewSpring Mezzanine (“NewSpring”), the Firm’s dedicated mezzanine fund, has invested in Pillar Technology Group LLC (“Pillar Technology” or “the Company”). Proceeds from the transaction will be used to expand the Company’s geographic footprint to capitalize on new customer bases and develop new product offerings.
