Ogdon Ventures has acquired Westland Distributing Inc, a provider of manufactured housing supplies. No financial terms were disclosed.

DENVER, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — Westland Distributing Inc., the leading distributor of manufactured housing supplies in the Western United States, announces it has been acquired by Ogdon Ventures, a family run private equity firm seeking investments in the lower middle market. With a vision toward growth, Ogdon Ventures has hired Lou Braun to serve as President of the new organization, Westland Distributing Partners, LLC.
